TF12 is a standalone climate controller has 12 relays and support 20 Ventilation level that can control 8 groups of fans, 1 lighting system,1 feed system,4 heaters,1 cooling system and 1 relay to be used for an alarm output. It is possible to control 1 inlet motor and 1 curtain motor. X12 use 7 inch industry panel. It also supports:
